Linkunity Terms and Conditions of Use- Acceptance of Terms: By using Linkunity's services, users agree to these Terms of Use and any applicable guidelines or rules.
- Service Description: Linkunity offers a LinkedIn profile rental service for commercial use.
- Payment Terms: We operate on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are processed via secure platforms.
- Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds are provided upon request if the Contractor didn't or is unable to deliver the profiles. However, we do not provide refunds or replacements if the terms of use are violated.
- Termination by Linkunity: Linkunity reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the Client with at least a 2-week notice period and revoke the account if there are constant violations of the terms and no action has been taken after several notices from Linkunity.
- Force Majeure and LinkedIn Policy Changes: In the case of force majeure events or changes in LinkedIn's policies, refunds can take up to 6 months to process. Users acknowledge that by using the service, they accept the inherent risks associated with potential disruptions or changes beyond Linkunity's control.
- Downtime Calculation & Profile Recovery: In the event of a profile restriction, LinkUnity will initiate the recovery process, which typically takes up to 7 days. These 7 days are not counted as downtime and will not be subject to recalculation. If the profile is not restored within this period, a replacement will be provided. If the Contractor fails to replace or recover the profile within 7 days, the downtime will be calculated, and the corresponding downtime will be deducted from the next billing cycle.
- Replacement: Profiles may have fewer connections than the original profile and may be of a different gender.
User Conduct: - Users must ensure confidentiality, Not modify the first name, surname, profile photo, email, or password.
- Not access the profile email account (email access is not provided).
- Not delete or change previous work experience or education.
- Not post job listings or apply to job offers using the rented profiles.
- Linking your credit card to a rented account is prohibited.
- Liability: Linkunity is not liable for data loss and is not affiliated with LinkedIn or any tools used.
- Warm-up Rules (if applicable)
- 14-day period
- Start with 5 connections sent per day
- 5 connections increase every 2-3 days
- Not only Connections and Messages, but also Likes and Follows in the sequence
Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Cyprus.
Changes to Terms: Linkunity reserves the right to modify terms and will notify users of any changes.

LinkedIn Profile Usage Guidelines:- Maximum of 400 connections per month.
- Maximum of 20 connections per day. Recommendation is 15 connections per day.
- Maximum of 150 actions per day (follow, connect, message etc.).
- Avoid automated profile visits; they don't impact performance and may increase detection risk.
- Avoid deleting previous work experience and education.
- Access only through AdsPower or a specified automation tool with proxies provided by Linkunity.
- Changes to first name, surname, profile photo, email, and password are not permitted.
- Make one small change per day to keep updates natural. About, Job Experience etc.
- Avoid including links in outreach messages to prevent being flagged as spam.
- Send follow-ups within 2-3 days to maintain engagement without overwhelming prospects.
- Job Posts & Recruiter Lite: not allowed due to LinkedIn's identity verification requirements.
- Sales Navigator Free Trial is not allowed (Contact us for secure licensing at $50/account/month).
Profile replacements are not provided in case of violation of one of the rules above!Additional Terms:- The accounts are real and owned by individuals on our payroll; misrepresentation or fraudulent use is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
- The Client has 3 business days for technical setup and profile connection after receiving the profile credentials from the Contractor. After 3 business days the profiles are used on a paid basis.
- If the Client does not pay before or 7 days after the start of the new month of renting, the Contractor can terminate the agreement and close access to all profiles.
