Linkunity Terms and Conditions of Use- Acceptance of Terms: By using Linkunity's services, users agree to these Terms of Use and any applicable guidelines or rules.
- Service Description: Linkunity offers a LinkedIn profile rental service for commercial use.
- Payment Terms: We operate on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are processed via secure platforms.
- Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds are provided upon request if the Contractor didn't or is unable to deliver the profiles. However, we do not provide refunds or replacements if the terms of use are violated.
- Termination by Linkunity: Linkunity reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the Client with at least a 2-week notice period and revoke the account if there are constant violations of the terms and no action has been taken after several notices from Linkunity.
- Force Majeure and LinkedIn Policy Changes: In the case of force majeure events or changes in LinkedIn's policies, refunds can take up to 6 months to process. Users acknowledge that by using the service, they accept the inherent risks associated with potential disruptions or changes beyond Linkunity's control.
- Downtime Calculation & Profile Recovery: In the event of a profile restriction, LinkUnity will initiate the recovery process, which typically takes up to 7 days. These 7 days are not counted as downtime and will not be subject to recalculation. If the profile is not restored within this period, a replacement will be provided. If the Contractor fails to replace or recover the profile within 7 days, the downtime will be calculated, and the corresponding downtime will be deducted from the next billing cycle.
- Replacement: Profiles may have fewer connections than the original profile and may be of a different gender.
User Conduct: - Users must ensure confidentiality, Not modify the first name, surname, profile photo, email, or password.
- Not access the profile email account (email access is not provided).
- Not delete or change previous work experience or education.
- Not post job listings or apply to job offers using the rented profiles.
- Linking your credit card to a rented account is prohibited.
- Liability: Linkunity is not liable for data loss and is not affiliated with LinkedIn or any tools used.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Cyprus.
Changes to Terms: Linkunity reserves the right to modify terms and will notify users of any changes.

LinkedIn Profile Usage Guidelines1. Profile Warm-Up To ensure stability, all new profiles must go through a warm-up phase:
- Days 1–3: complete profile setup (photo, info, etc.)
- Gradually increase connection requests (as explained in LinkedIn Warming Plan)
- Vary daily activity times to avoid patterns.
2. Outreach Rules- No links in automated messages. Links may only be sent after the lead has replied.
- Avoid duplicate templates across profiles
- Use a unique message template per profile
3. LinkedIn Warnings- Pause all activity immediately if warned
- Resume outreach only after 48+ hours
4. Pending Invites- Clean up pending invites in small batches (100–200 per week)
- Never remove all at once, this may trigger LinkedIn alerts
5. Proxy & LocationProxies are fixed and matched to the profile location. We don’t change them to avoid restrictions.
- If you need to update the profile’s location, you can do it manually or ask our support team for help, but the proxy will stay the same.
6. Work & Education History- You may adjust dates in work experience
- Do not delete any past experience or education
- Education dates must stay unchanged, but new entries can be added or years shortened
LinkedIn Warming Plan (7 Days after delivery)- Day 1: 5 connections
- Start with 5 connection requests and profile optimization.
- Day 2: 5 connections
- Continue with 5 requests. Begin liking/commenting on posts.
- Day 3: 10 connections
- Increase to 10 requests. Engage in comments and groups.
- Day 4: 10 connections
- Continue with 10 requests. Increase engagement with new connections.
- Day 5: 15 connections
- Increase to 15 requests. Send intro messages to new connections.
- Day 6: 15 connections
- Continue with 15 requests. Engage with target audience posts.
- Day 7: 20 connections
- Max out with 20 requests. Increase activity with messages and content interaction.
Notes:
- Warming days are outside the standard 30-day usage period.
- LinkedIn warnings: Client must pause activities for 3 days if any warnings are received.
Profile replacements are not provided in case of violation of one of the rules above!Additional Terms:- The accounts are real and owned by individuals on our payroll; misrepresentation or fraudulent use is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
- The Client has 3 business days for technical setup and profile connection after receiving the profile credentials from the Contractor. After 3 business days the profiles are used on a paid basis.
- If the Client does not pay before or 7 days after the start of the new month of renting, the Contractor can terminate the agreement and close access to all profiles.
