Linkunity Terms and Conditions of Use

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By using Linkunity's services, users agree to these Terms of Use and any applicable guidelines or rules.
  2. Service Description: Linkunity offers a LinkedIn profile rental service for commercial use.
  3. Payment Terms: We operate on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are processed via secure platforms.
  4. Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds are provided upon request if the Contractor hasn't recovered or replaced the profile in 7 business days. However, if an account is not used safely or not in accordance with LinkedIn guidelines or not in accordance with Warm-up Rules, we do not provide refunds. Misuse of profiles will result in termination of the service without refund. The Contractor is not responsible for Sales Navigator and other paid subscriptions, no matter if it was paid by the Client or Contractor. In case of profile replacement the Client will need to pay for the paid subscription one more time.
  5. User Conduct: Users must ensure confidentiality, avoid spam, use only one automation tool at a time, respect community standards, and not alter the name, surname, or profile picture. Access must be through a residential proxy only. Misuse or violation of terms will lead to service termination.
  6. Liability: Linkunity is not liable for data loss and is not affiliated with LinkedIn or any tools used.
  7. Warm-up Rules:
  • 14 days period
  • Start with 5 connections sent per day
  • 5 connections increase every 2-3 days
  • Not only Connections and Messages, but also Likes Follows in the sequence
Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Cyprus.
Changes to Terms: Linkunity reserves the right to modify terms and will notify users of any changes.

LinkedIn Profile Usage Guidelines:
● Maximum of 800 connections per month.
● Maximum of 40 connections per day.
● Maximum of 150 actions per day (follow, connect, message etc.).
● Access only through AdsPower or a specified automation tool with proxies provided by
Linkunity.
● Changes to first name, surname, profile photo, email, and password are not permitted.
Additional Terms:
● The accounts are real and owned by individuals on our payroll; misrepresentation or fraudulent use is prohibited and may lead to legal action.

  • The Client has 3 business days for technical setup and profile connection after receiving the profile credentials from the Contractor. After 3 business days the profiles are used on a paid basis.
  • If the Client does not pay before or 7 days after the start of the new month of renting, the Contractor can terminate the agreement and close access to all profiles.
